1. Booking Guidelines & Vehicle Availability

• All outstation cab bookings (including one-way drops and round trips) made through our online platform or via phone call are subject to vehicle availability.
• We reserve the right to provide an alternative vehicle of a similar category if the chosen vehicle model is unavailable due to mechanical issues.
• The customer must provide valid government-issued identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc.) if requested during the journey.

2. Fare Inclusions, Exclusions & Billing

• Our structural pricing models are fully transparent. Standard quotes explicitly state what is included (e.g., base mileage fare, fuel costs, and driver allowances).
• Toll taxes, state border permits, and parking fees will be clarified prior to the journey. Unless mentioned as an "all-inclusive" package, any extra state taxes must be paid directly by the passenger.

3. Passenger Conduct & Liabilities

• Smoking, drinking alcohol, or consuming illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Any physical damage caused to the vehicle’s interior due to negligence by the passenger will result in additional repair charges billed directly to the customer.
